Our Business Categories

We have 4 business categories, each designed to meet specific requirements.

Financial Services

For us, the financial services industry includes well-established business areas, such as accountancy, asset management, banking and capital markets, equity financing, infrastructure financing, insurance, legal services, management consultancy, and wealth management.

However, lesser established areas, such as fintech* using blockchain technology, are transforming the way business is being done, so come and join us if you would like to learn more.

*Last year we established a monthly event called 'Fintech Friday in the City' for those who wish to learn more about this vital area of the financial services industry.

Hospitality and Leisure

We're delighted when others want to do the hard work, but we're happy to take on the organisational role through our informal 'CTG' gatherings.

We like being invited to events organised by third-party businesses and we can set up CTG Meeting Points for use before, during, or after an event.

For us, the hospitality and leisure industries provide valuable opportunities for great folks to take time out and attend in person, enabling great people to make even better connections.

Sport and Associations

We really like great associations, especially when folks take time out to join us for sports, social, or dinner events.

Our micro-events provide opportunities to drum up support, perhaps to gather new members or to allow some existing members to meet and then get some business done.

We welcome Associations that wish to become Cornerstone Connections, especially when we are allowed to bring guests to their events.

Technology and Media

For us that's anything in the t&m space, other than fintech, which we place in the financial services category.

Fancy saying 'hello'?

Want to take a break from the distractions of the online world?

Would you like to make new super-connections in the business world while meeting fellow professionals from across a range of industries?

First, we always like to say hello, to get the ball rolling, so grab a free TicketTailor 28-day pass and we can then send you invitations to come to some of our regular in-person and online events.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we can arrange to meet up at one of our CTG Meeting Points for a quick coffee and/or a bite to eat.

We are open 52-weeks a year.

We specialise in micro-events and cross-industry communities that brings together professionals, organisations and experts from different economic sectors, to share knowledge and drive innovation.

  • We meet on Zoom or in-person on Wednesdays and Fridays, every week of the year.

  • We like to play 9-holes of golf on Sunday afternoons or 18-holes on a Monday, when we don't get out for a putt on a Thursday.

  • We attend third-party events on any day of the week, and we like to invite guests to join us at Meeting Points that are near to event venues.
